Priority Service: Enjoy faster response times for urgent inquiries. Instead of waiting through our typical two-week backlog, Maintenance Package clients receive priority scheduling.
Expert Support: Our first goal is to resolve issues over the phone. If needed, we’ll remotely access your tech systems. If those solutions don’t work, we’ll promptly schedule an on-site visit.

Discounted Labor Rates: Should you need to upgrade or replace outdated equipment (e.g., computers, audio systems), our Maintenance Package clients receive a discounted labor rate for setup and data transfer.
